Ultra-Pure Water Solutions for Industrial & Commercial Applications

Maximize Cooling Efficiency • Prevent Corrosion & Scaling • Extend Equipment Life

At SWAS Consultants, we design, supply, and maintain advanced De-Mineralization Plants (DM Plants) engineered to deliver high-purity water for a wide range of industrial and commercial processes. Our DM systems efficiently remove dissolved salts, minerals, and other ionic impurities using ion-exchange technology, ensuring consistent water quality that meets your process requirements.

What is a De-Mineralization Plant?

A De-Mineralization Plant (also known as a Deionization Plant) uses cation and anion exchange resins to remove dissolved ions from raw water. The result is highly purified water with low conductivity and total dissolved solids (TDS), suitable for applications where even minor contaminants can affect performance.

The Dual-Bed Process

SWAS Consultants provides custom-designed DM Plants for high-purity water needs. Ideal for boiler feed, pharma, electronics, and industrial processes.

Cation Exchange Unit

Removes positively charged ions like calcium, magnesium, sodium, and iron by exchanging them with hydrogen (H⁺) ions.

Anion Exchange Unit

Removes negatively charged ions like chloride, sulfate, nitrate, and silica by exchanging them with hydroxide (OH⁻) ions.

Mixed-Bed Units (Optional)

For polishing and achieving ultra-pure water (conductivity < 0.5 µS/cm), often used in laboratory and electronic industries.

System Features – Customized to Fit You
